Close your workspace or delete your account

Take a workspace offline, download its data, and delete your login.

Closing a workspace and deleting your account are separate steps. Close each workspace you own first, then delete your account.

Close a workspace

Open Settings > Close workspace. Only the owner sees it.

  • Your booking page, website and widget go offline straight away.

  • A paid plan stops.

  • Your team loses access.

  • For 30 days you can reopen it or download your data. Then everything in it is deleted for good.

To confirm, type the workspace name and your password. Accounts without a password use their authenticator code, or a code we email.

Info: A workspace with money still being paid out through Stripe, or an open dispute, is deleted once that is settled.

Download your data

Settings > Close workspace > Download gives you a ZIP of your clients, bookings, quotes, invoices, reviews, services, team, settings and files. It works before you close and during the 30 days after.

Reopen a closed workspace

Pick the closed workspace in the workspace switcher, or under Closed in Settings > Workspaces, and click Reopen workspace. It comes back on the Free plan. Recurring series stay paused until you turn them back on.

Delete your account

Open My Profile and go to Delete my account. It is offered once you no longer own an open workspace.

  • Type your email and your password (or code) to confirm.

  • You are signed out everywhere at once and cannot sign in again.

  • Your places on other teams are switched off. Their bookings show you as Former team member.

  • Your closed workspaces can no longer be reopened or downloaded, so download them first. They are still deleted on their dates.

Note: Deleting your account cannot be undone.

A client asks to be deleted

Open their client page and use Delete client. Their past bookings and invoices stay as anonymous records, so your figures still add up.
