The dedicated Dashboard > Revenue page shows detailed financial metrics:
KPIs
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Revenue | Sum of all revenue in the selected period |
| Revenue Trend | Percentage change vs previous period |
| Booking Count | Number of bookings in the period |
| Average Ticket | Average revenue per booking |
| Total Deposits | Sum of deposits collected |
| Total Tips | Sum of tips received |
| Outstanding Balance | Total unpaid balance across all bookings |
Stripe Revenue Breakdown
If Stripe is connected, see detailed payment data:
Gross collected — Total amount charged through Stripe
Platform fees — BookingMachine platform fees
Net to business — Amount deposited to your bank account
Transaction count — Number of Stripe transactions
Additional Charts & Tables
Daily revenue chart — Interactive chart showing revenue and booking count by day
Payment status breakdown — Paid in full, deposit paid, pending, refunded
Top services — Ranked by booking count and total revenue
