Questions
Is the website really free?
Yes. Every BookingMachine account — including the free plan — gets a full website: home, services, individual service pages, reviews, gallery, contact and booking, plus up to three custom pages. Pro adds premium templates, fonts and palettes, more pages, per-page SEO and your own domain.
Do I have to write everything myself?
No. Your services, prices, reviews, before-and-after photos, team and opening hours already live in BookingMachine, so the site is built from them and stays in sync. You add a headline, a photo and a few words about yourself.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and above. Point one CNAME at us and your site is served from yourbusiness.com with SSL, a sitemap and clean addresses like /services/window-cleaning.
What if I already have a website?
Keep it. Embed the BookingMachine widget on it, and use the hosted site for the things it does best — a bookable services list, reviews and before-and-after photos you can link to from anywhere.
Will it show up on Google?
Every page has proper titles, descriptions, canonical links, share images and LocalBusiness structured data, and your site publishes its own sitemap. Pro lets you set titles and descriptions per page.
