Google Calendar

Two-way sync with Google Calendar to prevent double-booking.

Google Calendar sync is available on Pro plans and above.

Connecting Google Calendar

Go to Integrations

Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Integrations.

Click "Connect Google Calendar"

Authorize BookingMachine to access your Google Calendar.

Select a calendar

Choose which Google Calendar to sync with.

Two-Way Sync

The sync works in both directions:

BookingMachine to Google

New bookings automatically appear as events in your Google Calendar with customer name, service, address, and a link back to the booking.

Google to BookingMachine

Events you create in Google Calendar block those time slots in BookingMachine. Customers cannot book during times you've blocked in Google Calendar.

The sync uses push notifications from Google Calendar for near-real-time updates.

Per-Member Sync

On Business plans, each team member can connect their own Google Calendar. Their personal events block availability for their bookings only, without affecting other team members.

Event Details

Calendar events created by BookingMachine include:

  • Customer name and contact info

  • Service name and duration

  • Customer address (if provided)

  • Direct link to the booking in your dashboard
