Wix Booking Form Integration
Add your booking form to your Wix website in a few simple steps.
Manual Wix Embed Method
You can embed your booking form widget on any Wix website using a HTML iframe element.
In the Wix Editor, click "+ Add"
Search for the "Embed" element
Click "Embed Code" element
Click the element and select "Link" mode (NOT Code mode)
Paste your embed URL in the "Link" field
You can find your custom Wix Booking embed link in the Dashboard > Widget Setup page at the bottom of the page. It will look something like this:
https://bookingmachine.io/wix-embed?slug=your-business-slug&widget=main
Drag the element to your desired width and at least 700px tall
Publish your site and view booking widget
Go through each step in the form to make sure the widget is tall enough
Done! Your booking form is live on Wix
Important: Make sure to embed your booking form on Wix in “link mode” NOT “embed code” mode.
Official Wix App (Coming Soon)
BookingMachine.io has an official Wix app that integrates directly into your Wix site with a guided setup wizard.
The app is currently in review for listing on the Wix marketplace and we’ll notify users when fully available.
The app provides two site widgets:

Wix App Setup Wizard
Install the app
Find BookingMachine in the Wix App Market and click "Add to Site".
Connect your account
Sign in to your BookingMachine account to link it with Wix.
Choose your widget
Select which widget configuration to display on your site.
Place the widget
Drop the widget onto any page or pin it site-wide as a floating button.
Wix Dashboard
Manage your BookingMachine settings directly inside the Wix dashboard. View bookings, check analytics, and configure services without leaving Wix.
Floating Button
Pin a "Book Now" button to all pages on your Wix site. Clicking it opens the full booking widget in a slide-out panel.
