Notification Preferences

Configure email, SMS, push, and in-app notifications per event type.

Notification Channels

  • Email — All plans. Booking confirmations, reminders, payment receipts, review requests.

  • SMS — Pro plans and above. Text message notifications for key events.

  • Push — Browser push notifications for real-time alerts.

  • In-app — Dashboard notification center with activity feed.

Event Types

Configure which notifications are sent for each event:

  • New booking created

  • Booking confirmed

  • Booking cancelled

  • Booking reminder (24h before)

  • Payment received

  • Balance due reminder

  • Review submitted

  • Team member assigned

Customer Notifications

Separately configure which notifications your customers receive. Customers always receive booking confirmation and can opt into reminders and review requests.

Quiet Hours

Set quiet hours (e.g. 10 PM - 7 AM) during which non-urgent notifications are held and delivered in the morning.
