When a new booking comes in, BookingMachine can automatically assign it to the best available team member based on configurable rules.

Manual Override

You can always manually reassign a booking to a different team member from the booking detail page, regardless of the auto-assignment rules.

Notifications

Team members receive instant notifications when they are assigned a new booking — via email, push notification, or both.
