Automatically assign bookings to the right team member.
How Auto-Assignment Works
When a new booking comes in, BookingMachine can automatically assign it to the best available team member based on configurable rules.
Assignment Strategies
| Mode | Description |
|---|---|
| Round-robin | Distribute bookings evenly across available team members |
| Least busy | Assign to the team member with the fewest bookings that day |
| By specialty | Assign based on which team members are qualified for the service |
| By location | Assign based on proximity to the customer (for mobile services) |
Manual Override
You can always manually reassign a booking to a different team member from the booking detail page, regardless of the auto-assignment rules.
Notifications
Team members receive instant notifications when they are assigned a new booking — via email, push notification, or both.
