Services & Pricing
Create services, set base prices, define pricing dimensions, add-ons, and packages.
Creating a Service
Go to Dashboard > Services and click "Add Service". Every service needs:
Name — What customers see (e.g. "Full Interior Detail")
Base price — Starting price before any dimension multipliers
Duration — Estimated service time in minutes
Description — Optional details shown to customers in the widget
Category — Group related services (e.g. "Interior", "Exterior")
Navigate to Services
Go to Dashboard > Services from the sidebar.
Click "Add Service"
Fill in the service name, base price, duration, and description.
Set pricing dimensions
Add questions that affect the price (e.g. vehicle size, property type). Each option has a multiplier.
Add optional extras
Create add-ons (flat-price extras) and packages (bundled service discounts).
Save and preview
Save the service. It immediately appears in your booking widget for customers.
Categories
Organize services into categories. Categories appear as tabs in the booking widget, making it easy for customers to find the right service. Manage categories at Dashboard > Services > Categories.
Pricing Dimensions
Dimensions are questions customers answer that affect the price. Each option has a multiplier that adjusts the base price. Multipliers stack — they are multiplied together.
Common dimension examples:

| Frequency | One-time, Weekly, Biweekly | 1x, 0.85x, 0.9x |
Example: A "Full Detail" service at $150 base price with SUV (1.3x) and Poor condition (1.5x) calculates as $150 x 1.3 x 1.5 = $292.50.
Add-ons
Add-ons are optional flat-price extras customers can select during booking. They are added on top of the calculated quote. Examples: "Engine bay cleaning +$25", "Inside fridge +$15", "Garage included +$30".
Packages
Packages bundle multiple services together at a discounted rate. Create a package, select which services it includes, and set a discount percentage. Customers see the savings compared to booking each service individually.
Service Visibility
Toggle any service to hidden from the booking widget while keeping it in your system. Useful for request-only services, seasonal offerings, or services you're still configuring.
