Team Management
Add team members, assign roles, manage profiles, and configure capacity.
Adding Team Members
Navigate to Team
Go to Dashboard > Team from the sidebar.
Click "Add Member"
Enter their name, email, and role.
Send invitation
They receive an email invitation to create their account and join your business.
Roles & Permissions
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access to everything including billing, plan changes, and account deletion |
| Admin | Full access to bookings, customers, services, team, and settings. No billing or account deletion |
| Team Member | View and update own bookings, manage own schedule. No access to settings, analytics, or other members' data |
Profiles & Specialties
Each team member has a profile with their photo, bio, and service specialties. Specialties determine which services they can be assigned to. For example, a team member might specialize in "Interior Detailing" but not "Paint Correction".
Capacity
Set how many bookings each team member can handle per day. The system checks capacity when customers select a time slot and prevents overbooking.
