Team Management

Add team members, assign roles, manage profiles, and configure capacity.

Adding Team Members

Navigate to Team

Go to Dashboard > Team from the sidebar.

Click "Add Member"

Enter their name, email, and role.

Send invitation

They receive an email invitation to create their account and join your business.

Roles & Permissions

RolePermissions
OwnerFull access to everything including billing, plan changes, and account deletion
AdminFull access to bookings, customers, services, team, and settings. No billing or account deletion
Team MemberView and update own bookings, manage own schedule. No access to settings, analytics, or other members' data

Profiles & Specialties

Each team member has a profile with their photo, bio, and service specialties. Specialties determine which services they can be assigned to. For example, a team member might specialize in "Interior Detailing" but not "Paint Correction".

Capacity

Set how many bookings each team member can handle per day. The system checks capacity when customers select a time slot and prevents overbooking.
