Collect and display photo/video reviews with verified badges.
Automatic Review Requests
After a booking is completed, BookingMachine automatically sends a review request to the customer. The default timing is 2 hours after completion (configurable). The email includes a direct link to leave a review.
Review Content
Customers can leave a star rating (1-5), written comment, and optionally upload photos or a short video. Reviews from verified bookings get a "Verified Booking" badge.

Managing Reviews
View all reviews in Dashboard → Reviews. You can respond to reviews publicly (the response is visible on your booking page). Flag inappropriate reviews for removal.
Display Reviews
Reviews are displayed on your public booking page and microsite. You can also embed a "Wall of Love" review widget on your own website to showcase your best reviews.
Review Settings
Configure review timing, enable/disable auto-requests, set minimum rating for public display, and choose whether photo/video uploads are enabled.
